Opening Day

To kick off the weekend the fam and I made a trek out to Governors Island for the opening day of the season. It was blazing hot, and it felt like a summer day. We got their a little late for the free bike fridays so, we rented run of the four wheel carts and peddled around the entirety of the island. Stopping at times to check out the sculptures, art instillations and eat ice cream, the day was strictly about leisure. After the day out in the sun I was wiped out, so we met up with the lady for dinner and ate some pizza and then kept it moving to the crib. The weekend is actioned packed with activities, so the blog post should be plentiful for a change.
