Walking the Parkway
I’ve been to this thing more than I can count. I’ve taken a couple years off over the years but I’ve been back the last few years. It’s always hectic with throngs of folks fighting for space, but that’s part of the deal. Between the music. people watching and my Jerk Chicken Spot, the West Indian Carnival doesn’t disappoint.
